Our clients loved their long-time home on Medicine Lake both for the proximity to the city and the nature and privacy the lakeshore provided. When the adjacent lot to their home became available, they hopped on it and built their forever home.

Wanting unlimited views and access to the lake we went about creating the perfect lakeshore retreat with a lounging/entertaining area, spa tub, and charming border plantings delineating the long and narrow plot. The front entrance is a sweeping welcome in a paved brick drive with shinto style garage doors and perimeter plantings.
