LANDSCAPE SUPERVISOR

We are hiring candidates for our Landscape Supervisor role. We are looking for dynamic leaders that can assist with managing the project sites while working with our construction team.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set daily and weekly goals for the team.
Lead our crew members by positive example for each project.
Manage all safety measures for each project and tools-equipment. Assist with proper training of crew members on related task and equipment.
Work with Project Manager and Lead Designer on the project goals for all projects.
Manage all construction details for our quality standards.
Communicate with clients and other team members as needed.
Keep a clean project site and maintain equipment as needed.
Be flexible with schedules and the needed working situations.
Properly load, secure, and Drive equipment to project sites, assist with managing equipment maintenance, maintain proper license and vehicle logs.
Having the ability to perform the day-to-day physical skills and demands of construction is important.
Prepare and manage delivery and loading responsibilities for our next day’s schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma, a degree in Horticulture or other Landscaping/Project Management associated studies is preferred.
CDL License
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Minimum of 5-7 years landscape experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

LIVIT employees work outside planting-building new landscapes, grading projects, installing hardscape features, and caring for the new landscaping. We typically work M–F, 6am – 5pm. Each day and week may vary due to project schedules and weather.
